Try City Athletics Summer Training is a great opportunity for age grade athletes of all skill levels to build on their athletic potential, social skills and overall confidence.
There are two groups available:
Ages 7-12 Training Info
Ages 13-17 Training Info
A TC Athletics Summer Training session will comprise of:
SAQ (Speed Agility Quickness) training
Athletic movement training with a variety of resistance tools
Mobility and decision making drills
video analysis to dissect physical movement
Using fun and active games to improve gameplay intelligence and social skills

Try City Athletics Summer Training supports the Fundamental Movement Skills which are the basic movements associated with physical human activity.
Training will be at Pioneer Park, Burke Mountain Coquitlam
